The center offers classes and workshops solely on the Iyengar style of yoga,

and is open to people of all ages, persuasions, religions, backgrounds and nationalities. It is the goal of IYCM to promote the practice of Iyengar yoga not simply as a form of physical exercise, but as a way of life.
