CHILDREN'S YOGA SERIES at 4/F Joya, Rockwell studio. Open to kids ages 7 to 15. Designed as a fun way to introduce youngsters to the practice and system of yoga. The set of 12 classes are fast-paced and active, keeping children involved and challenged while familiarizing them with basic poses and the movements required for each asana. The news
of Faeq’s arrival to Manila brought
me mixed emotions. I received the good news
while I was still on my maternity leave and
had been out of practice for the past 5 months
or so. At first, I was tentative about joining
the workshop because I knew that my body was
weak. But in the end, the mind prevailed.
And I’m grateful for that right decision.
